14. How are backorders handled?

Backorders are handled according to your instructions. Please contact your account representative to establish or clarify your preference.

 

15. What do i do if i have a defective, damage or incomplete product?

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days from receipt. Contact your sales representative regarding replacement and return. All returns require a return authorization number. All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damages must be reported to sexy lovely world within 30 days from receipt of goods.

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let your carrier know immediately if you have had the driver note a problem. Contact your carrier you will process the claim.

 

16. What if i do not receive an item i am billed for?

Our orders are double checked before shipping, however on occasion errors will occur. Make sure to check in the packing material, many times smaller items get missed when unpacking the order. Please also verify the possibility that you received the wrong item. The report it to us within 48 hours.

 

17. Can a garment or toy be returned for a different size or style?

There can be no exchanges of items that are intended to be worn over the genital areas due to health laws. Just like swim suits and bikinis. It is your responsibility to review the item.
